These Terms govern your use of the Throughline Wellness Studio website and services. By accessing our site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Our services include cash-based physical therapy and wellness coaching. All services provided are intended to support general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical treatment.
3. Payment and Refunds
All payments are due upon service. Refunds are not available for completed services, though we may provide adjustments on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee that is up to 100% of the cost of service.
