Here’s the thing about “self help,” we can get STUCK in it. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve found value in so many resources.. BUT.. that’s still all up in your HEAD. The BODY wants and NEEDS to experience what the PARASYMPATHETIC state has to offer! Once you taste it.. experience.. know that it’s an OPTION that you can CHOOSE (rather than just kinds hope happens to you..) life. changes.
